The price for 5-marla plots has been set at PKR 12,000. The price for 10-marla and 20-marla (1-Kanal) plots is also set at this rate. People who buy these plots will have to pay PKR 100,000 when they take possession of the land. There are plans to introduce commercial plots in the future too.
