Last year, Pakistan built a new and beautiful cricket stadium in the port city of Gwadar. It was shared on Twitter by Fakhr-e-Alam who tweeted about it. He said that it is the most beautiful cricket ground he has ever seen.

The provincial government of Balochistan has been focusing on building sports complexes all across the province. One of these is the cricket stadium in Gwadar. The government has also started development work on 33 other sports-related projects. Upon completion, these will encourage and help Balochistan's youth with their sporting activities.

An Overview of the New Gwadar Cricket Stadium 

The Gwadar cricket stadium is against the backdrop of mountains. It was opened on November 14, 2020, by Chief Minister of Balochistan, Jam Kamal Khan. The stadium is the outcome of joint efforts between the Pakistan Army and the Balochistan government.

For the past 10 years, Pakistan has been trying to bring back international cricket. They have hosted a lot of international teams at their best cricket stadiums. Now they have built a new stadium in Gwadar and more people will be able to play cricket there!

The International Cricket Council (ICC) shared a tweet that the new stadium is beautiful. They challenged people to find a way to make it more beautiful.

A former Pakistani player and head coach of Balochistan, Faisal Iqbal, retweeted a video from Fakhr-e-Alam. The video was shot from the top of a mountain and it showed that there is a new cricket stadium. Fakhr-e-Alam also invited international players to come to Pakistan and play on its soil.
